About This Game Color Jumper is an abstract, color-based puzzle platformer which focuses on fast, precise movement to navigate your surroundings. Inspired by hardcore platformers like Super Meat Boy, Downwell, VVVVVV, and many others, your goal in Color Jumper is to reach the exit. You control a block with a different color on each side. Colored platforms are only solid when in contact with the connecting color of your block. Each jump rotates your block, creating a world where each jump must be planned carefully, turning levels into a twisting high-speed parkour race to the finish.FeaturingFully integrated colorblind modeDedicated speedrun modeIncredibly tight and responsive controlsBlisteringly fast gameplayOver 100 levels to conquerFour unique and challenging boss fightsCollectibles which unlock additional extreme challenge levelsTime and rotation goals for each level, a completionist's dream! 7aa9394dea Title: Color JumperGenre: Action, IndieDeveloper:Tallbeard Studios LLCPublisher:Tallbeard Studios LLCRelease Date: 1 Nov, 2017 Color Jumper Download For Pc [pack] color block striped jumper. color pink jumper. color block jumper. what color jumper cable is positive. jumper color pastel. jumper color block. missguided color block jumper. jumper color jeans. color of jumper. neutral color baby jumper. jumper color rosa. color de jumper. rose colored jumper. what color jumper cable first. shirt collar jumper. jumper de color negro. color of jumper cables. tan color jumper. color pop jumper. womens collar jumper. jumper short color negro. solid color puddle jumper. what color jumper cable goes on first. multicolor jumper dress. color code for jumper cables. gold color jumper. citroen jumper color negro. color block funnel neck jumper. jumper color negro. what color on jumper cables is positive. positive color jumper cables Super Meat boy meets Bob Ross. Having to navigate levels that are as challenging as the famous super meat boy, while trying to select the color you need for the next jump so you don't die. (We don't make mistakes, just happy little accidents, yeah right Bob Ross you never painted with this...). The levels are simplistic at first glace but as you get into you see that they is quite of bit complexity to it that they continue to build upon as the levels progress. I cannot wait to see were this game goes and I am excited to find out. 5/5 good job boys. PS. Where Orange?. Reasons To Play Color Jumper...• simple mechanics but tough to master• controls are tight and works great on both k/b and controller• some levels are intuitive and you can breeze through giving you instant gratification• other levels are a puzzle you gotta figure out... but once you do, it's a great feeling• has a great soundtrack that goes along with gameplay• gameplay is just fun and you can practice runs if you’re into speedrunningReasons Not To Play Color Jumper...• you gotta have fast twitch reflexes... if not, this game isn’t for you• chance of rage quitting... some levels are really hard to beat• you gotta rotate your square so that the colors match PLUS avoid things• all this is hard to coordinate... but like I said, you got to have fast twitch reflexesOverall, great game. Lots of levels, and bosses, weird puzzles. Sometimes frustratingly hard. Matching colors can be hard if you have bad coordination. But also rewarding if you pull off a hard run.. Really interesting title for people that are fans of fast paced platformers. Controls are responsive, the music sets a good mood and there's a color blind mode for anyone that needs it.Most importantly for a game like this respawns are nearly isntantaneous so there's no break between failing a stage and being able to attempt it again. Good options catered to people interested in speedrunning the game as well.Definitely recommend.. Color Jumper blends the puzzle and platformer genres in a perfect way. You can’t simply button mash your way through a level, and you also can’t just plot out everything without the having the dexterity to pull it off. You have to be good at both of those aspects to succeed. In the beginning the controls can be a bit frustrating, but you get over that pretty quickly. At first I didn’t like that the jump and rotation are the same button, but it quickly becomes clear that the entire game was designed with that mechanic in mind. If those actions were placed on separate buttons, many of the puzzles would lose their challenge entirely. The player really has to think about how to order their jumps to get past certain points in the level. The one boss level I’ve played so far was very well designed. Although I died repeatedly, I continually learned the aspects and timings of the fight, so I did a little better each attempt. Beating the boss, or any level of the game for that matter, gives you a super gratifying feeling that you’ve really overcome something. The visuals are simplistic, yet engaging. There’s not a ton of flash, but that’s a good thing. I wouldn’t want a bunch of over-the-top visuals getting in my way when I’m trying to see the puzzles. The music and sound effects match the game very well. The content is definitely worth the $8 price tag, even for someone who is absolutely terrible at platformers like me. If you’re a hardcore platformer junkie, I’d say Color Jumper is a steal. After you've beaten the 100+ there are additional time and rotation challenges to dive into. Ghost mode is great, too.My only real complaint about the game is the lack of tooltips for explaining menu items. I’m still not sure what changing the rotation setting does, and I’m not super clear on how the time and rotation challenges for each level work.All-in-all Color Jumper is a fun, engaging, and at times enraging platformer that sucked me in even though I am traditionally very VERY bad at the genre. I would certainly recommend it, and I’d consider it a must-have for any speedrunners.. I am not the type of gamer who usually seeks out challenge, but Color Jumper levels keep making me want to do better. I've had multple deaths that put a smile on my face, instantly knowing what I could have done better or at something that surprised me despite being predictable. When I die, it almost always feels fair (very rarely you catch a corner in a weird way when switching colors, but even then that's usually due to a jump I could have landed smoother) There is a lot of variety in this platformer, and it does a good job introducing seperate mecanics that then get mixed togeather in a way that makes the level more than the sum of it's parts. It is hard, but it does hard in a satisfying way rather than a cheap way.I also really enjoy that the game can be enjoyed in multiple ways. I'll never be able to speed run this game, but I like ocasionally going back to levels to see if I can figure out how to complete them with the least amount of jump/rotates. I also enjoy trying to get the collectables, but just note that not every stage will have them. Respawn times are nice and quick, which always leaves a feeling of: I'll get it this time. I also like that, for those who do like to perfect their runs, it even has a "loop mode" by pressing UP before selecting a stage to respawn at the start of the level when you finish it. I like the thought put in to that. And most importantly, color switching while wall jumping and bouncing on enemies FEELS SO GOOD when it all flows togeather, like it's tickling a part of your brain you don't usually use when playing a platformer.________________________________________Just wanted to add an update to say that all of the above is still true. Only other useful comment I can think of is that it feels a lot better with a controler, but keyboard is workable.. Challenging, clever, hard af, with responsive and pretty spot-on controls. The first few levels introduce you to the mechanics, but also to another subtle concept which I loved: this is not just a platform; it's also a dynamic, savage puzzle game. Each level is built around your starting color, hinting at the sequence required to complete it as fast as possible. Once you get it, it becomes a crazy ballet of both skills and logic. Great!
